𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: Bus/ Air/ Train tickets are subject to availability. If available upon checking, the reservation will only be guaranteed upon transfer of payment.

Traveller's Instruction
(For the members who booked the trip)
1. Departure details like hotel name, tour guide details, etc will be provided on the departure day i.e. Friday (after Jummah prayer). Once you get the tour guide name/ contact number, you have to be in touch with him instead of the sales person.
2. Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC. Also, a Photocopy of Nikah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for those married couples who need a separate room.
3. Travel lightly! More luggage means more time for packing and unpacking (Ideal luggage weight should be 10 KG). Also, carry a bag pack to avoid carrying luggage everywhere.
4. For Gents, keep 2-3 jeans, trouser, few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, jacket, gloves, thermal and you’re good to go.
5. For Ladies, keep 3-4 suits, jacket, gloves, thermal, joggers and a shawl.
6. Bring your toiletries. (Tooth paste, face wash, etc.)
7. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
8. Keep a Raincoat/Umbrella.
9. Keep a trekking stick.
10. Please be Punctual throughout the scheduled departures. Failure to arrive on time may result in being dropped at the designated location and the trip continuing without you.
11. Seat arrangements during the trip are not pre-planned. Prior reservation of seats is not possible for any member. Eventica Travels doesn’t differentiate between front and back seats in the coaster/ Grandcabin. Please cooperate with other members and tour guides in this matter, especially considering the elderly if traveling with you. Seats can be changed with
12. mutual understanding amongst the members.
13. Make sure you travel like a family and make all its members safe and connected to each other while respecting the locals.
14. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation can lead to abandoning your trip on the spot.
15. Please note that during stopovers, the Vehicle will be turned off for the passengers remaining inside.

* Minimum number to carry out a trip is 10-12, in case a trip is called o_ by BanJaRah due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
* The above mentioned hotels are subject to availability during peak season.
* Twin sharing room will be ONLY allotted to a married couple, 2 females/males or siblings.
* Please ensure to follow the tour guide’s instructions.
* Members should report an hour before departure time. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. BanJaRah will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such incident.
* Members must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, BanJaRah can cancel his/her trip at any time.
* No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip.
* BanJaRah is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents OR the loss of any kind of valuable item.
* No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control such as rains, storms, landslides, road closures, accidents, _at tires, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests, or any other form of political unrest.
* In case of the closure of any spot in the itinerary (other than already mentioned), the guide will determine an alternate route for the day after concensus of the group.
* Extra expenses shall be borne by the client in case of any natural disaster/ Landsliding.
* BanJaRah can cancel the booking at any time in case of failure to abide by these terms and conditions.
* Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
* Air Fare & availability is based on continuous change; any sudden change after payment will be communicated.
* Any hike in fuel price before the start of trip will lead to additional charges in the package price.
* We advise confirming your booking at least one week in advance to secure your slots before they are fillled.
* All payments must be cleared before departure to Islamabad; otherwise, the departure details will not be shared.
Refund Policy
𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲:
– 90% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
– 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
– 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
– 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.
𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:Amount paid in advance will be considered as 100% payment and a refund will be made accordingly.
*No refunds shall be made in case of non-utilization of any service during the trip including jeep ride, day visit or any other services.
