Traveller's Instruction
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: (For the members who booked the trip)
1. Departure details like hotel name, tour guide details, etc will be provided on the departure day i.e. Friday (after Jummah prayer). Once you get the tour guide name/ contact number, you have to be in touch with him instead of the sales person.
2. Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC. Also, a Photocopy of Nikah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory
for those married couples who need a separate room.
3. Travel lightly! More luggage means more time for packing and unpacking (Ideal luggage weight should be 10 KG).
Also, carry a bag pack to avoid carrying luggage everywhere.
4. For Gents, keep 2-3 jeans, trouser, few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, jacket and you’re good to go.
5. For Ladies, keep 3-4 suits, jacket, joggers and a shawl.
6. Bring your toiletries. (Tooth paste, face wash, etc.)
7. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
8. Keep a Raincoat/Umbrella.
9. Keep a trekking stick.
10. Please be Punctual throughout the scheduled departures. Failure to arrive on time may result in being dropped at the
designated location and the trip continuing without you.
11. Air-condition will only be available at the hotel in Islamabad.
12. Driver may turn off the air-condition in certain hilly areas so kindly cooperate with the driver/ tour guide in these situations.
13. Seat arrangements during the trip are not pre-planned. Prior reservation of seats is not possible for any member. Eventica Travels doesn’t differentiate between front and back seats in the coaster/ Grand cabin. Please cooperate with other members and tour guides in this matter, especially considering the elderly if traveling with you. Seats can be changed with mutual understanding amongst the members.
14. Hunza Regionโs watercolour is dark but itโs 100% safe & healthy. Basically, the water contained certain silicate minerals originating from the surrounding glacial mountains and the people drink the glacial water containing all those minerals. So, the Hunza region is safe and meets all health standards.
15. FACT ABOUT CHILAS STAY: It is located along the Karakoram Highway, connecting Islamabad to Hunza and Skardu, serving as a convenient rest stop for travelers on long journeys. Chilas experiences hot weather and accommodation in Chilas is generally of a low category but provides essential amenities including air-coolers, but may lack the comfort and facilities found in Islamabad or other destinations. Keeping the plan in mind, Chillas/ GonarFarm is chosen as the next destination is a further 4 hours away. It’s advisable to manage your expectations accordingly.
16. Make sure you travel like a family and make all its members safe and connected to each other while respecting the locals.
17. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Any violation can lead to abandoning your trip on the spot.
18. Please note that during stopovers, the AC/ Vehicle will be turned off for the passengers remaining inside.

* Minimum number to carry out a trip is 10-12, in case a trip is called off by BanJaRah due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
* The above-mentioned hotels are subject to availability during peak season.
* Twin sharing room is only for Married Couple/ 2 Males/ 2 Females / Siblings.
* Please ensure to follow the tour guide’s instructions.
* Members should report an hour before departure time. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. BanJaRah will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such an incident.
* Members must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, BanJaRah can cancel his/her trip at any time.
* No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip.
* BanJaRah is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents OR the loss of any kind of valuable item.
* No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control such as rains, storms, land sliding, road closure, accident, flat tires, engine failure, or other vehicle malfunction, etc.
* In case of the closure of any spot in the itinerary (other than already mentioned), the guide will determine an alternate route for the day after the group’s consensus.
* Extra expenses shall be borne by the client in case of any natural disaster or circumstances mentioned in the above point.
* BanJaRah can cancel the booking at any time in case of failure to abide by these terms and conditions.
* Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited.
*Air Fare & availability is based upon continuous change and any sudden change after payment will be communicated.
* Any hike in fuel price before the start of the trip will lead to additional charges in the package price.
* We advise confirming your booking at least one week in advance to secure your slots before they are filled.
Refund Policy
– 100% Refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the trip.
– 50% Refund if cancellation is made between 07-14 days before the trip.
– 25% Refund if cancellation is made 05 days before the trip.
– 0% Refund if cancellation is made Less than 05 days before the trip.
